Information We Collect

We collect account information such as your username, email address, login session data, and usage information needed to provide the service. If you purchase credits or a subscription, payment details are processed by our payment processor; we store payment identifiers, plan details, and account credit information needed to activate and support your purchase.

Text You Submit

When you use the humanizer, the text you submit is processed so we can generate a rewritten version. We use submitted text to provide the requested rewrite, maintain service reliability, prevent abuse, and troubleshoot support issues. We do not sell your submitted text.

Rewrite history is optional and off by default. When you select "Save to my history," we store your original text, any completed rewrite, generation settings, timing and outcome under your account. You may also record your own quality feedback and detector scores; these are user-reported, not independently verified. History is accessible only through your authenticated account, is excluded from analytics payloads, and is not automatically used as a research or training dataset.

History keeps up to 200 attempts for 90 days. Expired attempts are hidden immediately and removed from the active database by an hourly cleanup. Older attempts may be removed sooner when you reach the limit. You can delete individual attempts or clear your history at any time. Deletion removes active history records; infrastructure backups may retain copies under the hosting backup lifecycle. Generation that fails before processing starts, or is interrupted before it can be saved, may not appear in history.

Analytics and Advertising

We use analytics and conversion tools, including Google services, to understand site performance and measure purchases. These providers may process device, browser, referral, and interaction information as part of those services.

How We Use Information

We use information to create and secure accounts, provide rewrites, manage credits and subscriptions, process purchases, respond to support requests, improve the product, detect abuse, and comply with legal obligations.

Sharing

We share information with service providers that help operate the website, including hosting, email, analytics, AI processing, database, and payment providers. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the service and users.
