These terms govern your use of AI Undetectable, including accounts, credits, subscriptions, and writing tools.
Using the Service
You are responsible for the text you submit and for how you use generated output. AI Undetectable is a writing and editing tool. You should review all output before publishing, submitting, or relying on it.
Accounts
You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
Credits and Subscriptions
Paid plans and credit packages add credits to your account according to the plan or package shown at checkout. Subscription plans renew unless cancelled. If a payment fails, access to paid features or new credits may be delayed until billing is resolved.
Refunds and Cancellations
Pricing pages may describe a money-back guarantee or cancellation terms. If you need billing help, contact support with the PayPal transaction details so we can identify the correct account and payment.
Acceptable Use
Do not use the service for unlawful, harmful, abusive, deceptive, or rights-infringing activity. Do not attempt to interfere with, overload, reverse engineer, or bypass security controls on the service.
No Guaranteed Outcome
AI writing and detection systems are probabilistic. We work to improve clarity, flow, and naturalness, but we do not guarantee that any text will satisfy a specific reviewer, platform, institution, or detection tool.
Service Availability
We may update, limit, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service as needed for maintenance, security, legal compliance, or product changes.
